Ready Bento by TheSpyderDuster Ready Bento by TheSpyderDuster
Here is my Sushi Feast Bento all wrapped up and ready. You can see my beautiful Sakura Bento with Kawaii Bunny Hashi (Chopsticks), a jumbo size Wasabi tube and side packet of Shoyu.

It has been such an interesting adventure how I got into the hobby of asian ball joint dolls, since I watch anime, draw manga, speak japanese and obessed Asian food that it's only natural for me to delve into the art of Bento too. I absolutely love this hobby. You can make art, take it with you and eat it later! That's great fun!

You could try making a clear broth soup such as Chicken or Beef Broth, add Ramen or Soba noodles, green onion, garlic, bean sprouts and mushrooms, then top with sliced egg and a dash of pepper. These should be pretty easy to find ingredients. Make it and tell me what you think! ^_^

You could probibly make many clear soups with broccolli, green onion, egg, fish, peas, and other veggies that would do just fine, experiment a little and you might come up with your own delicious receipe! :)

Thank you so much.

Search all over the web, watch prices. I've seen people price gouge Bentos that I bought in Japan Town for a $1.00 and they sell them on E Bay for $25.00!!! So rediculous and you have to pay shipping ouch! But any container with a lid, expecially a cute one can be a Bento. It's all about how you present your food. Hope that helps!

Japan Town is located in San Francisco, California is the USA. It is also called Japan Center or Nihonmachi. It is a wonderful place centered around an indoor mall just filled with Japanese food, toys and culture! ^_^
